Stephanie Hernandez, Founder of Lite House Staging.

Hello! My name is Stephanie and I am a licensed real estate broker with many years of experience as a listing specialist, investor, and interior designer. I provide real estate services throughout the greater Puget Sound area and am deeply passionate about providing my clients with top-notch communication and customer service.

One of my specialties is home staging, which I have used to successfully sell many of my own homes and those of my clients. I am thrilled to be able to offer these services to others through my business, Lite House Staging.

Aside from my work in real estate, I am also an active mother of four wonderful kids. Family is incredibly important to me, which is why I enjoy spending as much time with them as possible. In addition to that, I also volunteer in youth sports and serve on the board at the Federal Way National Little League. I am also involved in youth ministries at N.W. Church in Federal Way.

At Lite House Staging, we are committed to giving back to our community. That's why we donate 5% of all staging proceeds to youth foster care programs in Washington State.
